Returns, Exchanges & Warranty
Exchanges and returns within 7 days of delivery, and a full 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Exchanges
- You can exchange a product within 7 days of delivery, provided it is in its original condition, unused, and with its box and accessories.
Returns
- If you received a product with a manufacturing defect or the wrong item: we will replace it or refund you within 7 days of delivery, and we cover the delivery cost.
- If you changed your mind: you can return the product within 7 days in its original condition; delivery costs (both ways) are paid by the customer.
Warranty
- Full 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects: wheels, zipper, lock and handle.
- The warranty does not cover misuse, breakage from strong impact or overloading, or scratches and normal wear.
